"Seamless State Filings and Fewer Manual Tasks"

4/5

What do you like best about Avalara?

The help articles allow you to connect your system pretty seamlessly. It reduces time with logging into each state's filing system to file and continues to expand its offering to reduce manual related tasks for the accounting team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avalara?

Sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of someone at Avalara to resolve issues and who truly understands the complex questions you may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Avalara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales return filings and vendor exemption certificate management. I think the sales return filing offering is very helpful to provide more automation on our transactional activity in NetSuite and automatically file for us. We have not leveraged the vendor exemption certificate management system as much, since the management of it is currently de-centralized and each department manages it differently.
