I like that Avalara calculates our taxes accurately based on the region where we do business. I can access tax codes on its cloud website and make changes there that show up in NetSuite, so I don’t have to make those changes directly in NetSuite. I find it easy to generate reports and send them to tax authorities or agencies. The website is also a resource for updating tax codes and getting advice or recommendations. When I upgraded Avalara after years without updates, the process was very smooth and seamless, and very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
