What do you like best about Avalara?
I love that Avalara files all our returns on our behalf. The portal is easy to user friendly. I love the tax calculator feature for when one-off questions come up, I can use the tax calculator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Avalara?
Avalara has improved a lot over the past 5 years. I can say that I don't currently have anything I dislike with Avalara.
I do want to request some kind of report that would show any of manual transactions done by my tax reviewer. Sometimes, we have to make manual adjustments to tax or we need to put an exemption in. Is there some kind of report that would show any kind of adjustments made to invoices in Avalara? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
