What do you like best about Avail Swag Management Platform?

We have used Avail for several types of projects and have had a great experience. We have done a one-time pop up shop for winter uniform items, large orders of swag for a company meeting, a "party link" for volunteer t-shirts, and a uniform ordering site. I like how easy it has been to start a project, get options, give feedback and get additional options, and how quickly we get samples. The uniform site has been very easy to manage, and reordering inventory is easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avail Swag Management Platform?

I don't like how it auto-closes projects if there is no activity for a certain period of time. We sometimes have delays because other things take priority and it would be nice for them to stay there until we request for them to be closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Avail Swag Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using Avail, we did bulk ordering of uniforms and had them delivered to the office, then organized them into boxes by size. When someone needed uniforms, I had to pull them and give them to our Parts & Warehouse team to ship. It was definitely not the best use of my time and managing the inventory levels was challenging. Avail has taken all of that off my plate in addition to the warehouse team's plate. Our employees also like the store and the ability to choose which items they get.
