I like probably the ease of just being able to do what I want without having to wait for a proposal of options. I felt like it was faster without a middleman. I also like that I can search by category, which is super helpful. Additionally, being able to leave direct handwritten notes on what I might wanna see was probably the most helpful feature for me. Maybe two things. I wish there was a greater selection. Like, when I asked for things, I got an okay selection. But if I had to push for more, I would've liked to just be able to browse and see more. Secondly, I would say I didn't always, like, see where I had messages or notes from the system. And that I felt like they sometimes missed messages back to me because of that.
