What do you like best about AVADA?

What I like best about AVADA is their support team. They reply quickly, they're friendly, and they explain things clearly. Whenever I had an issue, they stayed with it until it was fully fixed, not just answered. It's rare to get support this responsive and patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AVADA?

There isn't much I dislike. Because the app has so many features, it can take a while to learn everything at first. Some advanced settings could be easier to find, and a few more tutorials or in-app guides would help new users get started faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AVADA solving and how is that benefiting you?

They made it easy to create professional invoices for my store. I wasn't sure how to set things up at first, but the support team walked me through it step by step, from picking a template to adding my logo and store details.
