What do you like best about Auvik?

I love having a comprehensive view of the client environment and direct access to each device’s configuration within the platform. It significantly reduces the time required to map connections and identify VLANs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auvik?

I find it challenging when the system hosting the Auvik Collector is offline, as it requires reverting to manual processes. This isn’t a reflection on Auvik itself, but rather an indication of how integral it has become to my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Auvik solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recently, I needed to deploy a new SSID on a single access point with a new VLAN. Instead of logging into each switch individually to verify VLAN configurations, I was able to review the environment directly in Auvik, quickly identify the one switch missing the VLAN, and correct it to bring the new SSID online.

Having centralized visibility into switch configurations and VLAN assignments significantly reduced troubleshooting time, eliminated unnecessary logins, and allowed me to resolve the issue much faster than through manual validation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
