What do you like best about AutoRFP.ai?

AutoRFP has been a game changer for us. What I like about it is how it has genuinely transformed the way we work with RFPs. Now we are able to automate the mundane work by generating accurate answers we can trust and verify through the provided citations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoRFP.ai?

Early on it flagged a lot of questions in our drafts for review, as our library was quite out of date and had more inconsistencies than we realised. This meant that we had to chase SMEs and properly work through the library for the first few weeks before we could generate really good responses. Luckily the AutoRFP team were super helpful and made sure to help us to get it sorted during the onboarding process. So expect a ramp up period if your content is patchy. What problems is AutoRFP.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem was our SMEs. Every security questionnaire and RFP pulled our senior engineers and security lead off their real work for days to write answers they'd already written somewhere before. Now they just review and approve the answers in AutoRFP, and our library gets automatically updated. The second problem was trust in our content. Our old library had answers nobody was sure were current, so people often rewrote them to be safe. With AutoRFP we can see the source of each answer coupled with a trust score, and our connected SharePoint and Confluence content syncs daily. The third problem AutoRFP solved for us was just the sheer amount of time we are now saving by removing the mundane work, which is already translating into much higher pipeline velocity.
