"Easy-to-Use Patch Management, but Sync and Logs Need Work"
4/5
What do you like best about Automox?

I like Automox’s easy-to-use UI and that I can sync it with our devices and download the packages needed for each update. It helps us push patches effectively across lots of computers, manage vulnerabilities, see which endpoints are compliant, and run scripts on endpoints. I also use groups to test updates, especially on Windows endpoints and servers, and to update new machines while imaging and install the software we need. Once Automox was set up, patch management became a lot easier. We liked its UI better than Action1 and thought it had better capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automox?

Sometimes the sync is a little out of date, and it can take a really long time for patches and improvements to show up on an endpoint. I also wish the logs were more detailed when an update doesn’t go through; sometimes they just say it couldn’t pull the package without giving much insight into why it didn’t work. The initial setup took a little getting used to, especially putting Automox on every Windows machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
