"Automox Makes Endpoint Patching Simple with Powerful Built-In Automation"

What do you like best about Automox?

What I like about Automox is the key ability of Automox to make endpoint patching easier for the IT team. The platform is simple to manage and you get a good view of your endpoints and assets along with their patch status. I also like the built-in automation which reduces our manual efforts and helps to patch the schedules instead of our IT team manually handling them. I think the value is good for what we are paying right now. Automox saves our team quite a bit of time, especially with patching and routine endpoint management. What do you dislike about Automox?

There is definitely an area where Automox can improve and this is reporting and customization, although we have the standard report but sometimes we need more flexible reporting like how to present information in those reports for stakeholders and key decision makers. What problems is Automox solving and how is that benefiting you?

See, we primarily use Automox for endpoint management and software updates as this helps us to identify missing patches and automate deployments across our endpoints. Also, like I said, we don't rely on manual patching anymore as Automox helps us to schedule these patching and routine maintenance which ultimately saves IT team efforts and time.
