The workflow designer allows us to hook different software applications together into seamless workflows enabling us to fully automate things that were only semi-automated before. Automate also makes website interaction a breeze enabling us to remove another manual human dependency from multiple processes. The OCR function allowed us to read through hundreds of PDF files and put that data into datasets we could then analyze and use in our database operations saving hundreds of man-hours. There aren’t many downsides, but there is a learning curve if you really want to tap into its full potential. It’s close to plug-and-play, but you still need to invest time in redesigning your processes to get the most out of what it can offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
