What do you like best about Automate®?

Automate is very easy to use and, among RPA tools, has one of the lowest barriers to entry. Getting started is straightforward, and the wide range of custom actions helps keep automation delivery fast, efficient, and consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automate®?

There are times when the error messages are lacking. For example, PowerShell will sometimes just fail with “your script has encountered X errors,” and it takes extra work to figure out what actually went wrong.

I also struggle to find documentation that explains what some of the VBA-like features in the expression builder do, or how they’re supposed to work in practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Automate® solving and how is that benefiting you?

As more of a power user, I find that Automate helps us solve some of the more complex UI integration problems we run into with onboarding systems. Its IP-based server also supports our IP-whitelisted systems, which saves a lot of time on setup and execution. Automate is also helping us address migration challenges, and its data-gathering and manipulation processes genuinely assist with moving valuable data between multiple systems.
