What do you like best about Automat?

Automat has been an excellent partner in building our brand's first Messenger Bot. Their deep industry experience specialized in beauty helped us jump several steps ahead and streamline the process. They were able to help shape our goals for the experience to be in line with an ideal beauty consumer user experience. <br><br>Automat also was INCREDIBLY responsive at every hurdle we encountered. They went above and beyond building out connections to other vendor's tools and overhauling the messaging tree based on late game feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automat?

Adapting the messaging in the decision trees was a manual process that was a bit hard to track. The documents are set up intuitively for the automat team, but not as easy to navigate for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Automat:

- Schedule review rounds with your team - and leadership early and often! <br>- Bring in ALL other vendors that need to integrate into the tool early and FULLY vet their capabilities and limitations to get a clear understanding about who will need to build what to support a healthy integration. <br>- Work with a media plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Automat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bringing our shopping, education and diagnostic tools for Bobbi Brown's foundation/complexion product offering to the consumer in a streamlined way - allowing her to choose how and what information she wants to access. We aim to have this serve as a more effective consideration phase ad unit and also help boost our first party data on customers skin concerns and natural language.
