I find AutoLeap to be a very easy system for managing our shop's billing, inventory, and work orders. Julia did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions, which I appreciated. I like that it allows us to track inventory well, helping us be consistent with repair orders and billing. It's also really convenient to order parts directly from the system, as it makes managing inventory and adding items to bills much easier. The ability to track hours and work orders effectively has helped us increase billable hours and ensures we're not missing anything important. For anyone who can operate a computer, it's probably the easiest program for running work orders, repair orders, and billing all in one simple system. Overall, I'd rate it as one of the better programs available given my experience with various dealership systems, including those for heavy and passenger vehicles and semis. I think AutoLeap could improve on handling breaks and lunches, as well as editing time hours. Plus, for our own heavy equipment, we still have to use other software because AutoLeap doesn't track hours or miles for those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
