What do you like best about Autofleet?

I like the visibility and organization it brings to our operation. Being able to track trips live, monitor driver activity, and quickly access route information has helped improve communication and accountability across the board. The Platform also makes it much easier to manage large volumes of student transportation data compared to older manual systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autofleet?

One of the biggest challenges with Autofleet is that the system can feel rigid when dealing with real-world operational issues. In student transportation especially, there are many situations that require quick corrections or adjustments, and some actions, once completed in the system, cannot easily be edited or reversed. That can create extra manual work afterward for payroll, billing, and reporting reconciliation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Autofleet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Autofleet is helping solve many of the visibility and coordination challenges that come with managing a large transportation operation. Before implementing systems like this, much of the communication, trip tracking, and reporting relied heavily on manual processes, phone calls, and paper trails. Autofleet centralizes that information and gives dispatchers and management real-time insight into routes, driver activity, trip status, and operational performance.
