"All-in-One CAD/CAM Workspace with a Flexible Parametric Timeline"
5/5
What do you like best about Autodesk Fusion?

What stands out most is having parametric solid modeling, mesh editing, and CAM all inside one workspace. I don't have to constantly export STEP files between separate software just to prepare a model for 3D printing or verify a toolpath. The parametric timeline at the bottom makes it straightforward to tweak sketches or dimensions late in a project without breaking downstream features, and the cloud version history has saved me more than once when rolling back test iterations. What do you dislike about Autodesk Fusion?

The biggest downside is how heavily it bogs down when dealing with complex meshes or high-poly organic geometry, like dense 3D scans. Translating or editing larger assemblies can cause noticeable viewport lag, and mesh-to-B-rep conversions often freeze or fail entirely. Offline capability is also fairly limited; if there is a spotty internet connection or cloud sync hiccup, saving and accessing recent assets becomes frustrating.
