My favorite thing is the schedule set up for service, once everything has been configured, it's pretty smooth after that. Doesn't take long to be able to schedule things that would typically take awhile on other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike how slow the system is... terribly slow. It takes forever for the page to open once you click on it, and when it opens, it's still a little slow until you're like 15 minutes in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
