I can also log in to Keeper password manager every morning from the integration, meaning I never have to remember a password, not even to Keeper. **What do you dislike about AuthN by IDEE?** No issues with IDEE, If you don't have a device with you that is already approved, you can't approve a new device. This can be fixed by the Admin **What problems is AuthN by IDEE solving and how is that benefiting you?** No longer have to use a second device or hardware device to authenticate, this saves time and is more secure as it is Phish proof. ### 3. The experience as a user when logging into any of my accounts is now to unlock my device (whichever device I'm on). Implementing this tool was reasonably straight forward and much easier than rolling out other MFA solutions. Guidance and support is easy to follow. I use this everyday as it integrates with all off my business applications that I use. **What do you dislike about AuthN by IDEE?** nothing discovered so far to dislike, it does what it does, signs me into all my accounts by unlocking my device **What problems is AuthN by IDEE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Phish-proof MFA gives piece of mind. For any issues the support we have received from IDEE has been great **What do you dislike about AuthN by IDEE?** At the moment everything has gone very smoothly **What problems is AuthN by IDEE solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think the main problem that it solves is the concern about phishing attacks and credential theft, which remain major threats even with traditional MFA in place. By using a passwordless and phish-proof authentication method, it removes the risk of users being tricked into giving away login credentials or one-time codes. For me, that translates into peace of mind — I know that even if someone targets our users with a phishing email, they won't be able to gain access. ### 6.
