Aurora is a user-friendly software for solar designs and I have no problem using the platform and implementing the process. This software easily integrates with all financiers we work with. Furthermore, their support is superior to any design support I have come across. Every time I call or chat-in, I am pleasantly surprised to get help anytime during a 24-hour period. It would be great if Aurora could give the solar consultant the ability to easily change modules keeping the same max-fit design customized. Sometimes we need to switch module styles and when we do, we lose the customized max fit design previously created by support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
