I like being able to connect Aurora Inbox with Zapier and bring in information from different tools, update contacts, and activate specific chatbots according to each person's needs. It also helps me centralize requests coming from social networks and see what stage each student's needs are at. The support is very good: they respond almost immediately via WhatsApp, and I value knowing there's someone behind it who helps me. Aurora Inbox takes many tasks off my plate because I don't have to solve things that already have an established response and flow. I've connected it with Stripe, Trello, and Gmail, and it works very well. It was the easiest to implement, and the initial setup was a 9 out of 10. I also appreciate being able to communicate without having to use Meta's API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I use Aurora Inbox more, it can become a bit more expensive to have more channels and users, although I understand the price, especially because it allows me to communicate without needing Meta's API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
