What do you like best about August?

Everything’s in one place. I no longer have to dig through emails and folders to find certificates or tenancy documents. It saves me time. I only have a few properties, so I don’t want software that’s overly complicated. The app feels like it was designed for small landlords rather than large letting agencies, which suits me perfectly. What do you dislike about August?

The notifications can be a little frequent if you manage several properties, though you can adjust them. A few more custom report options would be useful for my accountant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is August solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of everything being scattered. Before August I had emails, spreadsheets, and paper files everywhere. Now it’s all structured per property which has saved me a lot of time and stress, especially during tax season.

Now I get reminders and everything is tracked, so I’m much more confident I’m compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
