I love how easy to use August is. It's super straightforward for a nontechnical landlord like me. The design is simple, and nothing comes close to how easy it is compared to the other apps I've used. I really appreciate getting notifications on my phone when I get paid. That's the kind of utility and ease of use I'm looking for. I can't believe how easy it was to set up. Literally, within a minute, I was able to get started by just uploading my tenancy contract, and the app automatically scanned it and added my properties and tenancy for me, even inviting my tenants. I feel really confident using August because it makes me feel supported and that my properties are all managed well.
