Auditoria smartGL tool is a AI/ML tool for General ledger management and I have used it in my last company to maintain a system of records for office supply. You can just set the rule once and it will show you all the records for your supplies. Mostly it will show you in terms of pie charts, graphical analysis and accrual table entry. I think pie charts representation is very good for your supply we can easily analyze the data for future reference.
