The software product is easy to use and to implement in a company. You don't need complicated FAQ'S or Intros. It is pretty easy to integrate in your daily business exchange, because you don't need to install it, it can be run via your favourite browser. The Customer Support is well educated and situated in Germany, so the communication is pretty easy. It offers many filters, options and adjustment criteria. This helps a lot. We use it on a daily basis, because our whole data exchange with our clients, can be centralised. It is often hard to monitor a whole set of data, especially when people exchange files via email.
