What do you like best about AuditDashboard?

My favorite feature of AuditDashboard is keeping so much of the PBC process out of email. Everyone on the client and firm team can see what’s been received, what’s missing, and kick back incomplete or incorrect items without having to explain the request all over again. Conversations are kept in the activity section, so no one has to hunt through emails to confirm what was sent or received.

We are still testing the new AI MCP, but I appreciate that AuditDashboard continues to develop the program and add new features. Ashif was extremely patient and helpful throughout the implementation and kept me updated on how to enable the feature.

The software has also been extremely reliable and user-friendly, and we haven’t had clients push back on using it. It definitely appeals to Type A “checklist” people, which describes a lot of our firm and client users! I even had a client tell me she was motivated to get everything submitted because she liked the satisfaction of seeing the items checked off.

Overall, AuditDashboard has been a phenomenal experience and worth every penny. I highly recommend it to other auditors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AuditDashboard?

The main thing I would improve is the process for rolling forward PBC lists. Since we reuse many of the same requests from year to year, I wish there was an easier way to roll the existing list forward and then make changes as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AuditDashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

AuditDashboard solves a lot of the administrative headaches that come with managing PBC requests. Instead of tracking requests through emails, engagement workpapers, or physical notes, everything is kept in one place where both our team and the client can see what has been received and what is still outstanding.
