I appreciate AuditDashboard's great user interface, which is intuitive and makes intake much more efficient for us due to its seamless process. I like its open API that allows us to move documents as needed and their collaborative approach to designing specific tools for our portal. It helps us create specific tooling to reduce friction internally and makes it easier to move documents from the portal to our audit and tax software. I also find the initial onboarding process pretty seamless, and despite needing more planning for broader implementation due to additional service lines, we managed to set up our portal to benefit the entire enterprise.
