I use AudioCodes Meeting Insights for recording meetings and taking notes. It helped me solve the action items and summary of the calls. What I like most about it is the call summaries. It makes it easier to keep track of everything and not miss important action items, giving me bullet points of action items that need to be done. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. I didn't always find AudioCodes Meeting Insights to work properly. Sometimes it would just load and not properly record the session after the meeting was over. It's also challenging when there are multiple languages in a call because it doesn't know how to differentiate between the languages and often misses sentences.
