Team Collaboration & Accountability:

With AudiDoc we can automate project allocation but the access is fully restricted. It eliminates data loss and confusion which we were experiencing on shared drives.

It has the screen for logs, where all the past activities can be seen. This feature increases accountability. The entire team is able to collaborate more efficiently because it is easy to share documents.

Guest Users:

AudiDoc allows for safe collaboration with external stakeholders. Rather than granting user-wide access to sensitive company documents, we set specific project-level access controls.

This helps avoid duplicate files. Granting access can be done timely, so we can be assured our data is always in the right hands.

Simple rectification of document extracted information (which we may suspect is generated because of the document's low quality or any other reason)

Export extracted fields that we are able to view in excel files.

Every access to the system is audited. Be it access to database or access to the system, inside or out.

Color code important data.
