What do you like best about Attentive?

I really enjoy how user-friendly Attentive is. At first, when my company suggested that we dive into integrated SMS marketing to complement our existing Email communications, I eye-rolled at the approaching headache of learning a new program. Fortunately, I was very relieved when I began working with Attentive and realized how straightforward, simple, and user-friendly it is to use alongside and in support of our existing communications and programs, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Given the ROI success and overall performance of this platform, I'd highly recommend Attentive to a fellow colleague. What do you dislike about Attentive?

At this time, there isn't anything that I "dislike" about attentive. So far, in the past year of utilizing this program, I've found it to meet all of my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attentive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attentive allows me to communicate with our guests and user base directly. Email is often saturated, and messaging can be lost within the mayhem of the inbox feed.
