I use Attention as a conversational intelligence tool, and I find it incredibly valuable for understanding what's happening across the sales floor. The platform provides truly actionable insights that help align with what our sales reps are experiencing. I appreciate how it allows for deep insights and meaningful conversations. Its usability stands out to me; it looks and feels like an LLM platform, making it easy to understand and use. I also love the super agent, call recording, and library features, especially the Slack extension, which has been huge for our team. The unlimited, actionable insights are very applicable to our reps' lives and skill sets, and help us understand performance, customer sentiment, and messaging efficiency. Setting it up was incredibly easy, thanks to their team handling the majority of the work. I also appreciate how open the platform is, allowing data access from across the company and integration with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When new features roll out, unless your proactive about asking about it, it is hard to know what they're developing or fixing next. Sometimes those changes I think cause bugs in the system and that stop recordings until it is fixed, which happens quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
