AttendanceBot’s integration with Slack is a big strength. Being able to manage leave and see team availability directly within a tool we already use daily makes adoption easy and keeps everything in one place. The shared calendar view is also very helpful, it’s easy to access, clearly categorised, and gives the whole team quick visibility of who’s in, out, or on leave at any given time. The leave application process via Slack can sometimes feel laggy or confusing for staff, particularly when submitting or updating requests. From a management perspective, approvals through Slack can also be slow or easy to miss - recurring reminders or email follow-ups would improve this experience.
