What do you like best about ATOSS?

We use the tool to get the time tracking and it's working really well.

We have a lot of special cases that are covered.

We like the real time update of the data from any part of the tool.

Furthermore we enjoy the flexibility of parametrization and possibility to track and report almost anything.

Finally we used the tool to track the time from our interims.

What do you dislike about ATOSS?

There are regular updates (yearly) that require preparation and pretty long testing phase to check all the masks.

Furthermore, the self service isn't so easy to use especially in the translation between english and german.

On top of that the profile management can get quickly messy to meet all requirements from the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
