Atomic's platform is constantly evolving to develop new features that drive value in our app and web platforms as a notification center. The number of use cases we have for Atomic is huge, and we have been able to execute these throughout our products this year. However, my favorite part of working with Atomic.io is their team's support. The onboarding process was simple, weekly check-ins with a support rep, and a shared Slack channel ensured we were never stuck and always got quick turnarounds on our questions. The integration of Atomic is relatively seamless, and their willingness to integrate with SFMC enabled us to utilize it to its full potential easily.
