I like that AtomChat.io is easy and practical to learn. Additionally, it has very useful tools to automate the process, such as the funnel and lists that are automatically populated, which makes sending campaigns easier. What do you dislike about AtomChat.io?

That they didn't make a diagnosis to see if the organization already has clear processes to transfer to ATOM. I know it's not their main responsibility, but it would greatly help in optimizing the time of the sessions. They prioritize the closing of the contract and billing in this regard.
