The rule-based automation is what saves me the most time. At our agency we manage several Amazon accounts across different marketplaces, and being able to set bid and keyword rules once and let them run consistently removes a lot of repetitive manual work. I also like having reporting and account data in one place, which makes it easy to check performance across clients without jumping between consoles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a learning curve when setting up more complex automation rules, and it takes some testing to get the conditions exactly right for each account. Some reports could offer a bit more flexibility in how data is broken down. That said, the team is responsive when I raise these points, so it hasn't been a blocker.
