What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

It is reliable and straightforward it is. Their support team is super responsive and you actually get to speak with real people who know things, rather than waiting days for bot replies. Onboarding international team members is quick and painless, and having payroll, benefits, and compliance all in one place gives me complete peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

There isn't much to dislike, but the platform can occasionally feel a bit slow to load, especially when pulling up detailed reports or larger document files. Also, the mobile app is pretty basic compared to the web desktop version. What problems is Atlas HXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It cuts out the heavy operational drag of managing international team members. Having onboarding, local documents, and payroll visibility in one place saves me hours of manual tracking every week.
