What do you like best about Athenian?

It provides you with a lot of insights into how your development work is being done. With these insights, you can create a feedback loop when launching some initiative to improve your effectiveness as an engineering team instead of just relying on gut feeling or anecdotal evidence. What do you dislike about Athenian?

Right now you have access to a lot of raw info. Would be great to have it somehow processed to make certain decisions. Still, this is way better than no info at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Athenian solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows teams to work on their effectiveness. For us, we could quickly realize we were spending way too much time on reviews. With Athenian insights, we managed to go from an avg cycle time of 3 days to less than 24 hours and this translates into smaller PRs that are easier and nicer to review which translates into a better developer quality of life.
