What do you like best about Athelas Air?

We love how efficiently this product supports our front desk, providers, and back-office teams. It helps us quickly confirm whether a client has eligible insurance. The AI Scribe–supported documentation has been a lifesaver, and our back-office team can track each claim through the entire cycle to help ensure we get paid promptly for the care we provide. The user interface is extremely easy to use, it has improved our financial performance, and their support has been tremendous. What do you dislike about Athelas Air?

Very little. As a physical therapy provider, I feel their home exercise program system could use some upgrades. We’re actively speaking with them about changes that would better support our clinical efforts and day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Athelas Air solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since switching to Athelas, our time from service to payment has been reduced significantly, which has made our cash flow much more stable. The efficient RCM platform has also helped us handle a larger workload with fewer team members, so we haven’t had to replace staff we’ve lost through attrition.
