The best part is the support team and the support from the account manager Girija Ramaraju who is very excellent in her knowledge and she is just great she goes above and beyond to help the customer and communicates to the team what is needed. Also what is excellent is the customization for the account that Athelas is able to do which sets them apart from other softwares. they are constantly improving and updating their product for the better . I wish that Athelas would have more tracking capability for example to show the work a certain employee is doing for example if employee A submitted an appeal that should show in the software that the appeal was done and also the reports it would be nice if Athelas had a user report which would show everything that the user did on the platform. Also it would be nice to be able to add insurances instead of writing to support but other than this Athelas is pretty close to perfection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
