What do you like best about aTalent TM?

aTalent’s performance management module perfectly supports functions like goal setting, goal alignment, quarterly discussions, performance calibration, and quarterly ranking. It allows me to better plan and track my performance targets. Also I can easily view historical goal libraries and other’s goals, which helps me better align my goals to the organizational strategy. Also, The built in reminder features is a big plus, its ensures I never miss any key milestones, such as quarterly reviews for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about aTalent TM?

Sometimes system can be slow, especially when large datasets or performing batch operations were loading. I also. Feel that the user interface could be more intuitive, especially for the goal management section. I would appreciate fewer page switches and a more streamlined design. aTalent TM addresses the core challenges in our performance management program. It simplifies the goal management, enhancing the goal consistency in organizational level.
