"At Last Makes Returns Stress-Free with Brilliant Reporting"

What do you like best about At Last?

Working with At Last has been a fantastic experience. They consistently make me feel valued, and their approachable yet professional team is incredibly easy to work with. Their returns solution is straightforward, effective, and takes away the stress of normally can be quite complicated with returns. The dashboard and daily reporting are brilliant and gives the data I require, and it makes my teams daily tasks in refunds at ease when searching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about At Last?

Nothing to dislike, as a growing company there have been a few time where I have made suggestions on what would help the platform such as having all filters in one section rather than 2 pages, this was updated within days for us, every time something is suggested they take it very seriously and are always going out there way to try and implement fixes. What problems is At Last solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before At Last, we didn’t have a platform, so everything was extremely manual: we had to find the codes and enter them into the system to match each return. With At Last, this is now handled automatically. We can see exactly where customer returns are in the journey, the amount they returned, and whether the return has passed quality checks. The reporting feature has also been a great help, as it provides reasons for returns that we didn’t have before, which in turn helps us identify wider issues we wouldn’t have known about previously.
