I like the fact that we can cut down so much time out of initial recruitment. It will usually take us 30 mins per interview, with astronaut we can cut it down to 10 mins or shorter. We don't even need to have red eye interview with candidates on different timezones nor do we have to schedule an interview with them. They can take it any time and we can review it any time. They also made an update to help move candidates along on Team Tailor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we're primarily recruiting remote employees or people in tech, there have not been many problems besides the normal reluctance to take the interview right away. But that can be fixed with a few reminders to the candidates. We are also not interested in hiring unresponsive candidates, so that works out for us. We do see the trend of people at the managerial level and above in non-tech industries preferring to have an interview with a real person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
