Not much. It is not the cheapest route if all you want is a certificate on paper, and it is not a self-serve tool, so if you like clicking through everything yourself this is not that. The customer portal is also less polished than pure platform products, though the Slack channel made that a non-issue for us. The early weeks do need genuine input from your leadership, and implementation work in production still sits with your engineers. Both were clearly scoped, just worth planning for.
