In my role as NDIS specialist support coordinator & team leader, I have found Astalty is easy to use and intuitive. I find it easy to teach to new users and it enables providers to keep all records and documents in one system that can be accessed by other team members when required, rather than on personal desktops. I like the reports that give an easy overview of the team's billables, missing records, etc. I like the funding tracking, which is critical Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
