I like that ACGI gets to know its clients well. They try to see things from the client's perspective. They have nurtured a collaborative and empathetic environment and will rely on various team members' strengths and skills. With customer support, tickets are not going to some generic support team but to people who know me and my organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their planning process means that only emergencies (system down, something affecting collecting revenue) are handled RIGHT NOW. Otherwise, you will have to wait for their teams to estimate and schedule the work. It makes sense that they would need to follow a process to get things done effectively, but you don't get that immediate satisfaction when you want a change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
