What do you like best about Assignar?

Assignar's UI is incredibly easy to understand/use. Someone who is brand new to our business can typically understand the platform quite easily, and then just needs to overlay our business processes with that knowledge. What do you dislike about Assignar?

Some areas could benefit from allowing further customisations based on business needs. Such as security/user access, locking down certain features, and allowing visual customisations such as colour coding, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assignar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assignar is giving us a clear idea of what our field staff are doing each day, and takes human error out of a lot of issues. e.g. being able to make a form question mandatory gives us a guarantee that field staff will complete it, which was an issue when we used physical documents prior to this. It also allows anyone across the business to see live changes to a schedule/availability, even if they are in different regions/states Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
