"Assignar Wins Hands Down: Easy for all the team, generating immediate & long term value"

What do you like best about Assignar?

Assignar continues to offer real account management support, and excellent follow through from support. We were one of the first to use Assignar, 2019 from memory. One of the best aspects have been to have all information in one place, updated HS certificates, client rate cards. However thats from a senior administrator perspective. For the team it has been intelligent scheduling that is integrated to real reporting. Whether it be asset utilisation, productivity, amount of down time. We are able to build extensive CRM type records with the journal and document features within client cards. We are not resistant to moving platforms, each year we compare with other products, Assignar continues to win hands down for cost effectiveness and a simple user friendly work space that everyone on the team can grasp. What do you dislike about Assignar?

Assignar did not make our other platforms as easy to use! We have persisted with clunky fleet tracking Aps as thats all the market offers. After Assignar our tolerance for clutter and restrictions and a lack of intuitive logic has withered! Meaning, we would love to integrate Assignar more with other Apps, but due to other things taking time to keep up we are using Assignar in a silo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Assignar solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have had extensive support with Insights. The support team have persisted with challenges we have set out. That benefits me as I am able to generate reports that I have been able to imagine, then see evolve. Not many things get taken to production. Through that ability, I have enjoyed being able to research solutions and data that sheds light on how we are tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
