**What do you like best about AssessTEAM?**

The forms are clear and easy to fill out, and the overall user experience is very straightforward. Everything feels relevant and gets right to the core of the evaluations we use it for when assessing our team. I really like the custom form features and the rating metrics. It consolidates our review process into a streamlined platform and makes it easy to keep analytics visible to the team across our entire global organization, instead of having to read through spreadsheets. Overall, it’s improved our workflow.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

It can be annoying at times that it offers “auto proceed.” When you answer a question using a multiple-choice option and then still need to add comments, you have to navigate back to the previous question to enter them. As a result, some of the team ends up missing the relevant comments that would clarify their ratings. It’s not a big deal overall, but it does create unintentional gaps in our answers from time to time.

**What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tech integration is something we’ve never had before in our team evaluations, and it’s been very insightful. From a performance standpoint, it really elevates our reporting and analytics. AssessTEAM gives us a comprehensive view of our team, along with a clear mechanism to improve our collective performance.

**What do you like best about AssessTEAM?**

What I like most about AssessTEAM is the ease of accessibility. The clients said it's easy to use, just by using the email link, and when I review the reviews, it makes logical sense. It aggregates all the reviews in one spot. It shows where you could improve and where you're excelling. It creates metrics that can be measured across the company for each individual. It has a very easy to use interface. On my end as a user, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

Sometimes the review emails go to spam, at least in my experience with Outlook. I'd also like the emails to be more descriptive. They should include the name of the person getting their review, maybe the company's name too, the purpose, and a little summary of how to do the review.

I appreciate the scoring aspect of AssessTEAM, as it allows for keeping and specifying scores. I find it really helpful in assessing or evaluating performance. Additionally, the initial setup of AssessTEAM was very easy for us. It's user-friendly and keeps us informed about assessments or evaluations available, sending notifications if a person hasn't completed something.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

I think some options are too short, especially when evaluating communication. It's like you have to choose an option for the future, but it doesn't lead you to a clear answer. I'd prefer more sub-options that allow you to select topics more precisely related to what the person wants to address or share.

Easy to use, simple design. Overall, it's a convenient platform for corporate use; I've almost never had any problems with it, but I would improve the navigation a bit, since not all of my colleagues always understood when they needed to submit forms or sign them.
What I appreciate most is that the interface doesn't require any special training — new team members can figure out the basics within the first day. The performance evaluation process, which used to take a lot of manual effort with spreadsheets, is now much more structured and transparent. Employees can see their own goals and feedback clearly, which has made performance conversations more constructive and less stressful for everyone involved.
Another benefit I didn't expect at first is how much time it saves during appraisal periods — what used to take our HR team days to compile now takes a fraction of that, since the data is already organized in the system. Reporting is also straightforward, and it's easy to pull the numbers we need for management reviews without extra manual work.
We haven't had to rely on many integrations, but the ones we use connect smoothly enough that we didn't need extra technical support to set them up. In terms of pricing, the platform offers good value for what it provides — the time saved on manual performance tracking alone makes it worth the cost for a company our size. The support team has also been responsive whenever we had questions during onboarding, which made the initial rollout across the organization much easier than expected.
I haven't explored the AI (Intelligence)-related features in much depth yet, so I can't comment extensively on that side, but the core functionality covers everything we currently need. AssessTEAM has been helpful for keeping goals, feedback, and performance reviews organized in one place. The UI is easy to understand once you get used to it, and the integrations help it fit better into our existing workflow without needing too much manual tracking. Performance-wise, the dashboards and reports load smoothly, and I can review employee progress without delays. From a pricing and ROI side, it saves time and helps make evaluations more consistent. Support and onboarding were helpful when getting started. I’d like to see more AI features, like smarter summaries or performance insights, but overall, it’s a practical tool.

It makes the evaluation process much easier to manage by keeping feedback, ratings, and evaluation records all in one place. The platform is straightforward to use and helps ensure performance reviews are completed in a consistent, organized way from start to finish. Yes, overall I believe AssessTEAM provides good value for the price. The platform helps us efficiently manage and document performance evaluations, reduces administrative effort, and promotes consistency across the review process. While there are some areas for improvement, particularly in reporting accuracy and score calculations, the benefits outweigh the challenges. We also appreciate the responsiveness and support provided by the AssessTEAM team whenever questions or issues arise, which adds significant value to the overall experience.

There’s a discrepancy in the percentages shown when exporting evaluation results, which forces me to do manual calculations to confirm the final scores. Also, choosing Not Applicable reduces the overall rating for the employee being evaluated, even though that option shouldn’t negatively impact the score.

Its very automated, helps me fill my time sheet, receive monthly evaluations form and generates me a very timely report of what i have worked on for the month

Setting and forgetting. The fact that we can schedule when the notifications and assessments are sent, is a game changer.

It is somewhat difficult to edit once it's initially been set for a specific job role.

Before using assess team, our KPI's were infrequent and done only at the end of the financial year, where we had to catch up and try and submit a years' worth of KPI's.

I really appreciate how AssessTEAM allows feedback in all directions, from leadership to staff, and vice versa. It's helpful in leading the organization by enabling staff to give feedback to managers and leaders. I like that AssessTEAM is fairly easy to use overall, with surveys that are pretty straightforward to fill out. From what I understand, the initial setup was pretty straightforward too.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

It sometimes feels a little bit clunky using it. Reading the results, specifically, some of the scores that come up aren't clear as to why the scores are the way they are. It's not clear where that is coming from.

AssessTEAM allows feedback in all directions, helping leadership and staff communicate better. It's fairly easy to use, and filling out the surveys is straightforward.

**What do you like best about AssessTEAM?**

I really appreciate AssessTEAM for its very convenient interface, which makes it easy to use. It also allows us to adjust the questions to fit our needs, which is great. As a user, I find it pretty user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

The only thing is that updating the polls or the questionnaire requires me to contact a special person who has access. It takes time. But I think it's a question of the rating access, not usability.

We use AssessTEAM to evaluate staff with appraisals twice a year, making it a logical tool for managing appraisals.

Saves an enormous amount of time for annual reviews, and the price point is fair for what we use it for.

Our use case is very basic, so the rich feature set is overkill for us. That said, we have used to automate an annual review process that might benefit from aligning better with the processes that AssessTEAM has built in.

**What problems is AssessTEAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to automate a previously paper-based process wherein about 15-20 people did upward or downward (or both) reviews annually. Then we consolidated the reviews into single upward and downward reviews, one for each person. AssessTEAM provided the tools to convert this to a mostly automated process. It took a while to figure out exactly how to replicate that process in AssessTEAM, but once completed, it has worked very well. That said, we had to create Excel spreadsheets to help consolidate the results (both quantitatative and narrative) into single reports, so the last step is still pretty tedious.

The ease of use of the site and the great service from Michael Williams.  MIchael is always available and helpful.  When there is an issue, he spends the time to evaluate the  problem and resolve it and many time while on screen.  He is a fantastic resource.

1) Inability to adjust the eval template after sending out (ie....can't add or delete evaluatees/evaluators) once sent out
2) That is clears/resets your search filters every time
3) The name 'results area' should be Eval Template Content.  I have to re-educate myself every cycle to remember that completed evals don't reside here.
4) Having to take a screenshot of the product to complete this review.  Feel like this signals distrust of your client or your employees.

The most helpful thing is having a personal contact, Michael Williams, at AssessTeam who I can contact with all my questions and he responds quickly and can always meet when I need to visualize it. I also appreciate the ease of use when adding a new person, and with ease of sending and resending.

There are some limitations, we knew going in. The biggest issue is not being able to have multiple answers for 1 question.

The manual collectin of feedback use to be a problem, then the data analysis too. Assessteam has facilitated both tasks, improving the way we collect feedback and helping us in diminishing the cost of these tasks.

I like that there is always help available and real people to assist. Assess is set up efficiently and easy to navigate, but if you run into issues someone is there to help.

It can get complicated at times when our team has specific needs and employees getting reviewed on a vast variety of different things.

The dashboard allows us to see a full picture in one place rather than having to run a report.  That is my favorite feature.

It can be overwhelming at first. I would love a slide show that shows the basics to introduce to an employee.

The ease of using the software as well as the reposnsiveness of Michael Williams to help out always same day. the implenation was quick as well.

**What do you dislike about AssessTEAM?**

The only down side which really is not an issue is that there are multiple ways to get to the same thing and that sometimes gets a bit confusing until you learn the software
