What do you dislike about Aspect?

Like any software, the main downside is getting your team to implement the change in current hiring process, but integrating hume is fast & easy. The mobile version is continuing to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aspect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hume solves the problem of human interviewers not listening well & capturing important details from the interview. Hume also solves the problem of organizing the candidates highlighted info for easy & faster sharing thru email. Hume adds AI where we humans fall short in assessing candidate's effectively. We miss things- Hume captures it all. Hume becomes your virtual admin during interviews keeping notes & organizing your interviews into a candidate library for easy sharing. Hume has made me a better & more efficient recruiter. Hume has given me an edge to shorten the interview process which enables our clients to hire faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
