What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

What I like best about Aslan is the "Other-Centered Selling" model. It has taught me to listen more intentionally and better understand the needs and priorities of others. What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?

What I like least about Aslan is that it requires a level of patience and intentionality that doesn't always come naturally to me. I'm often focused on momentum and next steps, so slowing down to reflect can be a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’d encourage anyone to consider Aslan as an opportunity to become more introspective, a better communicator, and stronger at building relationships. Those skills are especially valuable in sales, where listening, understanding needs, and building genuine connections are so important. I’d also encourage people to take advantage of the Aslan team and resources, they’re incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping each of us grow.
